Utility Commission Meetings

A five-member Commission appointed by the Mayor and Common Council of the City governs the Combined Utility under the jurisdiction of the Wisconsin Public Service Commission. The Commission is charged with general powers relating to the utilities' construction, extension, improvement, and operations.

The Commission's objective is to operate the utilities as a business enterprise in an efficient and business-like manner in providing competitive electric and water services to the benefit of its customers and the City of Menasha.

The Menasha Utilities Commission generally meets the fourth Wednesday of each month at 8:00 a.m. at our Office and Operations Complex, 321 Milwaukee Street, Menasha.  Please see link below for specific dates and times.
