For electrical problems such as a power outage, flickering lights, downed power lines, or other problems related to electrical power service to your home or business, call the Menasha Power Plant at 967-5190 anytime.

For problems with water service such as a broken water main, loss of water pressure, or questions about water quality, call the Menasha Water Plant at 967-5195 anytime.

For billing questions, service connections/disconnections, or any other need, call our Customer Service Department at 967-3402 or 967-3403 during regular business hours.

Rates, Rules, and Records

Menasha Utilities has copies of our electric and water service rates available for your reference. These rates and rules have been authorized by the Public Service Commission of Wisconsin and govern our accounting and operating procedures.

We notify customers whenever the rates change. Concise records of the actual electric consumption (or actual degree-day adjusted electric consumption) for each billing period during the prior 12 months (or the actual number of months that the customer has lived at that location if less than 12 months) are available by contacting our office at 967-3400.
