With the end of the winter moratorium approaching on April 15, past due charges on your Menasha Utilities bill could result in disconnection of service. There are several assistance opportunities available to customers who are struggling to pay past due utilities, rent, and/or morgage.
NEW Assistance Opportunity!
Outagamie County has received Community Development Block Grant funds (CDBG) to assist low and moderate income individuals harmed by the pandemic in meeting mortgage, rent, and utility payments. CDBG funds can be used in Outagamie County, Calumet County, City of Menasha, and Village of Fox Crossing. The CDBG program may help qualified customer become current on past due bills and help meet future payments. If funds are awarded to a qualified customer all payments are made to the provider.
Outagamie County has contracted with LEAVEN to perform client intakes to determine if a customer qualifies for assistance. To determine if they qualify, customers should contact Kathy Dean, Client Services Director at LEAVN by phone (920) 257-5701 or email email@example.com.

Forward Services - 800-771-8420 (A resource for medical necessity and financial crisis for families with minor children. Candidates will fill out an application and be interviewed; upon approval clients could qualify for up to $500 in utility assistance.
