Establish Billing in Your Name
Welcome to Menasha! We are pleased to be your utility provider. You can stop by our office at 321 Milwaukee Street 7:30 am – 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday to complete a Application for Billing form or, if you prefer, you can download the application for billing (PDF) and bring the completed form with you. We may also request a copy of your drivers’ license or photo ID when you apply for billing. NOTE: If you would like to request a new service install for a new construction home, see "Establish New Electric Service" section below.
Change Mailing Address
Occasionally, we know that our customers want their utility bill sent to an address that is different than their service address. This can be done by stopping in the office, calling 920-967-3400, or by completing the Change of Address form.
Transfer Service
If you are currently a Menasha Utilities' residential customer and you are moving to another address within our service area, you may transfer your service by calling our office at 920-967-3400 or you can complete the Request to Transfer Service form.
Terminate Billing
If you are moving out of the Menasha Utilities area and need to close your account with us, please call us at 920-967-3400 to let us know your anticipated termination date or complete the Request to Discontinue Service form.
Report Street Light Outage
We appreciate your assistance in making Menasha a safer place for pedestrians, traffic and the community. If you see a city street light out, please use the Street Light Outage Map. The street light can be located by finding it on the map, by the address, or by the location number of the pole the street light is mounted to. Menasha Utilities will take the appropriate action to make sure the light is replaced in a reasonable amount of time.
Establish New Electric Service
If you need new electric service to a property where electric service didn't previously exist (new construction), please call us at 920-967-3400 or fill out the New Electric Service form. The form will be submitted to our Customer Service Representatives who will begin the paperwork and have a tech contact you.

If you need new water service to a property where water service didn't previously exist (new construction), please call us at 920-967-3400 or fill out the New Water Service form.
